The Hoffner Park team was out earlier today. Here they are last week in the rain:

Skies were blue for New Haven Rd on Wednesday.

And both bridges were out Thursday. First in the morning on Montgomery...

And Monmouth continues to build support!

Friday morning the rain was back. We had two bridges up for about a half hour before shutting down.

But the Deerfield troopers stayed the whole time.

Later that night, several caffeinated resisters turned out for MAYDAY festivities at City Hall.

Saturday we were back on message at Tesla. Notice a theme?

And a small but mighty turnout on Plainfield Sunday.

Tomorrow night, if you don’t want to watch the returns come in by yourself, we’ll be at Mad Tree Parks and Rec in Summit Park starting at 7.

Well...Clay will probably get there shortly after 6. Stop in and say hi!

I’m not going to use any overblown tropes like “vote like your life depends on it.” This is a primary election and it’s our opportunity to tell the individual parties how we feel about what’s happening in the country.

WEDNESDAY MAY 6

Wednesday is this week’s BUSY DAY.

The Harrison Bridge team will be out Wednesday at 4:45pm - Fun Fact: Because Arby’s wasn’t particularly cool about the team parking there, the crew heads to Starbucks after every Wednesday demonstration to give them some business and commiserate.

Later that night, we’ll be at the Deer Park Library for Crochet. Compassion. Action!, a new knitting circle where you don’t have to know how to knit (but if you’d like to be taught, that’s an option!). Each meeting we’ll discuss a little more of a book we’re reading (or listening to. Audiobooks count. I’m listening to it right now).

This sesh, we’re discussing Chapters 1 - 4 of Daniella Mestyanek Young’s The Culting of America. Come gab about cults with us at the Deer Park Library at 6pm.

Red Wine and Blue are having an in-person get together in Wyoming on How to Impact Ohio. Catch up with them at The Market at Be in Wyoming.

Ignite Peace is also hosting a talk in a series on Engaging NonViolence. This one is on Conflict and Community and it’s virtual, starting at 6:30pm

Clermont Co Brewing Change Coffee Klatch will be as it always is, Friday at 4pm. They’ll have Data Center petitions, so if you haven’t signed - get on out there!

The Tesla crew will be back at it Saturday at 11am on Ridge - park at Jack in the Box.

Saturday is another FULL DAY training for NonViolence. This week they’ll be at the WestChester Library starting at 10am.

The new ongoing Saturday singing demonstration will be happening at Fountain Square on 4/25 - Cincy Singing at 3pm!

There is also a Letter Carrier Food Drive on Saturday - it’s my understanding, you can leave your donation at the mailbox for the letter carrier to pick up. Or to donate with dollars, we’ve provided the Fund link below.
